3thoughts on 5 years We’ll it’s almost 8pm on a Wednesday night and we’re finally getting a few minutes to sit down and write a blog post to acknowledge/celebrate our 5 year birthday. So yay for us! Here’s a few quick reflections and seriously, we mean quick.
3 things designers need to know before we start your graphic design project 1. Time Frames – How quickly do you need it? A. When would you want to start your project, and B. when do you need it completed? Typical website projects take us 8-12 weeks, and we tend to book out 4-8 weeks in advance. This may sound crazy, but similar to a popular restaurant on a Saturday night the best advice for getting a table is to call for reservations!

3 things we’re looking forward to in 2014 2013 was a big year for us here at 3thought. We launched our revamped website on January 1, purchased the latest and greatest Adobe software in the fall, and even purchased new hardware too. We spent a lovely summer with our intern Laura, and began the prep work to expand our staff in 2014. 2013 was hands down our most successful year to date.
Lots of exciting changes in 2013 for the 3thought team, both personally and professionally. Being designers, Matt and I always notice the little details that make up a memory. In honor of this memorable year, we thought our Christmas Tree topper could use an upgrade, and of course, no ordinary topper would do. We found some interesting options that we thought other designers, or design aficionados, might appreciate.
