Phase 1 – Discovery
The first step for any project is to have meeting of the minds. We need to learn all about your wants and needs, and learn all we can about your organization or business. Only after we have a complete picture can we see the direction we need to go and take the next step.
Phase 2 – Concept
This is the fun part. This is where the alchemy of creativity, experience and the expression of purpose come together. We’ll take our recommendations and ideas and distill them down into visual concepts for your review.
Phase 3 – Revisions
We’ll need to refine our ideas, and to do that we’ll need feedback from you. We’ll provide the solutions, but we’ll look to you for guidance to identify any problems that we hadn’t accounted for. No one knows your business better than you. This is also the time to correct any inaccuracies in content or presentation.
Phase 4 – Final Execution
Once a final concept is approved, we’ll prepare all necessary files for deployment. Whether you need a perfectly preflighted file for the printer, or a fully functioning and tested website, your project will be ready for its public debut.
We put it in writing
Each of our proposals will outline the deliverables for your project, so you will know exactly what you are getting. Setting expectations is a very important part of the process. If you accept a proposal, we will provide you with a contract that details all terms and milestones.
We’ll invoice you for the project deposit, and after the deposit is received, you will be presented with a production schedule that outlines both 3thought’s responsibilities and your’s as the client, and when each item is to be delivered.
